Current Workshops

Our evidence-based Breathe2B workshops are designed to motivate, educate and inspire.

Each workshop topic runs for approximately 90-minutes, these can be adjusted to suit timetabling. Workshops can be tailored for both staff and student audiences. Additional workshops can be stacked together to meet your school programming needs.

Bitesized Mindfulness

During the session we will explore the following:

  • What mindfulness is

  • Benefits of mindfulness practice

  • Active and passive mindfulness 

  • Integrating mindfulness to your day - mindful eating/drinking

  • 6 Bite-sized Mindfulness Techniques

  • Introduction to the power of breathing

Method:

The workshop utilises engaging visuals, active participation and exploration.

Outcome:

By the end of the session students and their teachers will be equipped with a variety of techniques to utilise through out their days. .

Coping With Life Online

​

As social media, Information Technology and AI (not to mention ChatGPT!) are now commonplace in our lives, teenagers are faced with daily risks, stressors and potentially life changing decisions.

​

The question is, what are we doing to support them? The ‘Coping with Life Online' workshop is designed around the Safer Internet theme of ‘Connect. Reflect. Protect.’.

  • Mindful Use of Technology

  • What's Happening in our brain?

  • Creating a purposeful Digital Footprint

  • Digital Empathy - Positive Online Interactions

  • Screen Downtime - Sleep Hygiene

  • Technology Fatigue - Eye Yoga

Outcomes:

The workshop addresses the key issues faced by teens and empowers them with knowledge and a toolkit of resources to be able to mindfully manage their lives online. 

High Performing Teens

Our 'High Performing Teens' workshop provides students with a step-by-step framework for boosting resilience, building friendships, resisting peer pressure, achieving goals, improving communication and relationships with parents, and much more.


The workshop is divided into seven steps, each build upon the other and foster behavioural change and improvement from the inside out.

Step 1: Be Proactive - Own your Life! 

Step 2: Focus on the Prize - Visualisation and breathing for success.

Step 3: Prioritisation is Key -  Put the important things first.

Step 4: You've Got This! - Positive Self-talk.

Step 5: The Art of Listening then Speaking...

Step 6: The Collective -.Collaborate to thrive. 

Step 7: Self-Care - Creating time for you!

The theory is based on the work of Stephen R. Covey - The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, transferred into practices and language for teens.

Methods to
Self-Mastery

​

The 'Methods to Self-Mastery' workshop designed to help you explore the 5 dimensions of our lives:

​

  • Physical health

  • You are not your thoughts

  • Choosing your emotions

  • Stop limiting belief patterns

  • Responding rather than reacting

​​

Most people have very little or no awareness of these dimensions and how cultivate positive habitual pathways. 

 

Outcome:

This workshop will help students and their teachers to learn how to find balance and contentment, to start leading a more aware and effective life.​

An Attitude of  Gratitude

Practicing gratitude regularly is an easy way to enhance our own lives and the lives of those around you, there is a growing body of scientific research to confirm this.

 

The 'Attitude of Gratitude' workshop teaches students and their carers how to be a grateful compassionate community

Your community will be empowered with common language of gratitude and a toolkit of techniques and practices to aid them in their lives.

Cultivating Personal Resilience

Resilience is characterised by the ability to bounce back from adversity. It is key for coping with the ups and downs of life and one of the key ingredients of growth. Many things impact a person’s resilience, including their prior experiences, the sense of self, the coping strategies they have developed over time and their mindset.

The 'Cultivating Personal Resilience' workshop teaches students that failure can be the start to success and is a fundamental element of learning.

 

Perseverance and repetition are key when aiming  to succeed with schoolwork, exams, on the sports field, and in our lives. We learn from failure. This is a growth mindset and a key aspect of developing resilience.

Stepping-Up to Leadership

The Stepping-Up to Leadership workshop is an interactive experience that focus on student leadership and personal growth. We are empowering teen leaders with key skills that will help them create positive changes in their community.

 

The workshop covers:

  • Student Voice

  • Visualisation of our best self

  • Active Listening

  • Compassion

  • Self-Care

  • Gratitude

 

Outcome:

Our goal is to give teens an opportunity to develop their leadership ability in a supportive, engaging, and fun environment.

Parent E-Safety Workshop

Parenting in this fast paced digital era is multi-layer experience. Our E-Safety workshop provides parents with insights into the issues facing our children today.

​

This session is led by a teacher and ex-police officer who will impart real-life examples and practical strategies for managing not just children's lives on line; but our own.

​

The workshop covers:

  • Current Social Media issues

  • Online Harms and Indications 

  • Screen Time Management

  • E-safety in the Home

  • Leading by Example

The session will empower parents with a toolkit of resources to actively aid their children to be aware and interact online in a safe and healthy mann
